I’m Molly Rose—a licensed aesthetician, lash tech, and proud student at James Madison University, graduating with my BBA in December 2025 (go Dukes!) I am also on track to receive my masters aesthetician license in summer of 2026!

Skincare and beauty have always been my thing, and over time, I realized it’s not just a passion—it’s a talent that I’ve been blessed enough to turn into a business. As someone who’s struggled with my own skin, I know how personal the journey can be. That’s why I’m so grateful to combine my experience, education, and love for this industry to help others feel beautiful, confident, and totally themselves—from the inside out.

I believe in the power of personalized skincare treatments—because no two people have the same skin, and therefore, no one should follow a one-size-fits-all routine. Every client’s journey begins with a conversation where I take the time to understand their unique concerns, followed by a thorough and detailed skin analysis.

The skin is a complex, ever-changing organ, and I make it a priority to educate my clients throughout the process. I explain what I’m seeing, why it matters, and what I believe are the most effective treatment options tailored to their individual needs and goals.

True skin transformation doesn’t happen overnight. Many issues require time, consistency, and a thoughtful combination of professional treatments and at-home care. With patience, commitment, and the right guidance, healthy, radiant skin is absolutely achievable.

As a full-time college student and business owner, I totally get the chaos of day-to-day life. My goal? To make sure your skin is never something you have to stress about. Whether you’re here for a glow-up, some self-care, or just a little peace and quiet—I’ve got you.
